ISB Broker
ISB reporting for customer accounts in Czech Securities Depository – also for third parties.
A unique solution that enables mandatory ISB reporting not only for Czech Securities Depository (CSD.CZ) members, but also for their clients – typically other brokers or entities that are not themselves the ultimate owners of securities.
ISB Broker provides a simple and secure way to meet the regulatory requirements of CSD.CZ and the CNB, even in the case of multi-level records in customer accounts.
Reporting of positions and transactions of end clients for customer accounts maintained at CSD.CZ
Reporting positions and transactions of end owners (known as ISB reporting) is a mandatory part of setting up a customer account with CSD.CZ. This type of account summarises the positions of multiple end owners without the central depository directly recording them, and responsibility for accurate and timely reporting therefore lies with the depository participant.
ISB Broker greatly simplifies this obligation. It provides ISB reporting not only for the CSD.CZ member's own positions, but also for external entities and client brokers, with data sources including both internal systems and data supplied by third parties.
The component ensures the import, storage, and management of external data and the subsequent compilation of responses to ISB queries from CSD.CZ.
ISB Broker can be used independently, importing position and transaction data via files, or together with the CTS platform, which provides it with a user interface.
