We’ve developed software solutions that provide comprehensive coverage for trading on the capital markets since 2008. Our main weapon is a combination of IT and business knowledge. Billions of crowns flow through our product every day. We are proud that the CTS portfolio of customers has continued to grow over the years. We see this as an appreciation of the quality of the work of all people on board, but also as a commitment to delivering consistent quality. We cooperate with leading banking institutions.

It is important for us to pull together and be good partners with each other. Each of us knows our own role in the corporate structure and where we're going together. People are not a means of production for us. We value every skill and the specific traits in each of us. We’ve managed to curate a compact and stable team.
We like to work together and have no problem to step in and lend a hand. We get along outside of work too, meeting once in a while outside of work, spending a weekend together on bikes or enjoying the snow and a bit of healthy competition in the Alps during the winter.

People are more than a number in CRM, we’re not corporate. There are around 80 of us and we have a great team of people. We combine expert IT skills with business issues on the projects we implement. Thanks to the highly specialised nature of our solution, we’re doing much more than treading water. Our work is also extremely varied. In addition to the technological and functional development of the CTS platform, we intensively deal with integration and data migration in our projects.
We work intensively with new colleagues starting at the very beginning of their recruitment, and our senior personnel share their knowledge and experience and are always available to them at the beginning.
