CTS helps to launch the Erste’s new Custody web

Following the successful integration within the Erste’s George Internet banking platform last year, the CTS has been further integrated with Erste’s new custody front-end web "IM Connecting" (IMC) from IHS Markit. The implementation has enabled corporate and institutional investment clientele of Slovenská spořitelna to facilitate utilization of operating their securities positions in a various depositories online.

Thanks to the integration of CTS and IMC systems, Slovenská spořitelna's clients have gained not only the opportunity to view their portfolios including history online, but also an overview of all executed transactions‘ and corporate events‘ statuses in their securities positions. Also, a possibility to actively insert instructions related to the portfolio management is part and parcel of the implementation. The integration streamlined all kind of communication between clients and Slovenska spořitelna, automated client instructions management and related service delivery processes.
