Our CTS solution covers a complete investment banking solution at Raiffeisenbank with emphasis on securities trading for institutional clients and settling trades with securities. We've also successfully expanded CTS to include support for investment products used by former retail segment clients of Citibank.
In connection with the implementation of the new European directives MiFID II / MiFIR CTS and the regulatory needs of Raiffeisenbank, the CTS system was expanded to include Systematic Internalization (SI) functionality. This functionality includes recording of SI-compliant financial instruments, sending transaction information (APA reporting) and, in particular, generating ex-post reports disclosing post-trade SI transparency information. Thanks to these overviews, Raiffeisenbank clients will obtain comprehensive information about the quality of transactions, or the probability of transactions with a given financial instrument.
